This Alishan High-mountain Oolong is delicious.
A premium-grade, medium-oxidized high-mountain oolong, the tea when infused has a golden yellow color. Ever so sweet, with an exquisite, subtle taste of apricots that is so commonly encountered with Taiwanese high-mountain oolongs. A renowned tea expert, having tasted it recently, was said to have nearly fallen into the teapot -- "astoundingly delicious!" You can't go wrong with this exquisite representative of Alishan high-mountain Taiwanese oolong. It provides 4-5 quality infusions (1.5 teaspoon tea for 4oz water).
Famous in Taiwan for its beauty, Mount Ali (Alishan) is particularly known for its "five wonders": sunrises, clouds, sunsets, forests the small gage charming mountain railway.
